Start your morning off right with the “Power House” and good posture! Discover the Pilates method or deepen your knowledge! Working your core and pelvic floor muscles helps prevent or relieve back pain. You’ll feel better overall and be better equipped to handle the demands of daily life at home and at work.
A total of 13 sessions, every Monday from 8:45–9:45 a.m.
