The weekend is approaching. Start it off actively and relaxed! Pilates improves your posture and well-being and helps prevent health problems! The effectiveness of this low-impact exercise is evident in improved physical performance. Take an hour for yourself in this class, and start your weekend feeling refreshed, relaxed, and energized.
