In the organizer's words:
Our class is for anyone who enjoys cooking together and wants to discover new, seasonal dishes from around the world. This semester will be full of variety: sometimes simple, sometimes a bit more sophisticated—but always delicious. We’ll cook our way through the colder half of the year together, trying out a wide variety of recipes. Whether appetizers, main courses, desserts, or accompanying pastries—there’s something for every taste: with meat, fish, or vegetarian options.
The course instructors will lead the first evening. After that, it’s up to you: Share your ideas and preferences!
Please bring an apron and suitable containers for leftovers.
A total of 4 sessions, every Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
