•  Phở—The broth is vegan; the toppings are customized with beef, chicken, or tofu.

Hello! I’m Mai Thy. My passion for cooking was practically in my blood from the start, as I come from a family of chefs in the heart of Saigon. For me, food is far more than just a pleasure—it’s mylove language.

Since 2015, I’ve been sharing my enthusiasm through cooking classes, combining two things that are especially close to my heart:excellent food and health. My greatest strength is bringing people together through cooking and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

In my classes, you’ll get more than just recipes. We laugh, cook, and enjoy ourselves together. I’ve achieved my goal when my motto comes true: “After the class, everyone goes home full and happy.”
