The next headliner for the 2026 Giessen Cultural Summer has been announced: Uriah Heep live in Giessen. The British hard rock legends will make their debut at the Cultural Summer on August 25, 2026, bringing more than five decades of rock history to the stage.
Uriah Heep was formed in London in 1969 and is one of the defining bands of melodic hard rock and early heavy metal. With around 40 million records sold worldwide and classics like “Easy Livin’,” “Lady in Black,” and “Gypsy,” they have won over fans across generations.
The concert in Gießen promises to be an evening where the past and present of rock music collide—an event for longtime fans and anyone who wants to experience authentic rock music in its most intense form.
