An evening to take a deep breath, recharge your batteries and consciously welcome the summer.

We will spend a few relaxing hours together in the middle of nature - right by the Rhine, surrounded by apple trees, sheep and the evening sun.
A small outdoor retreat with movement, peace, connection and time to be.

You don't need any yoga experience - just a desire for nature, exercise and a conscious summer evening.
