YOGA WITH SHEEP 🐑✨
Imagine:
Yoga under apple trees, the Rhine right on your doorstep, birdsong, nature and 3 sheep grazing next to you with their 2 little babies. 🤍
Our outdoor sessions combine yoga with the 5 elements - a little break to breathe deeply, ground yourself and come back to yourself.
FAYNEST is a place for peace, community & a conscious connection to nature.
In addition to regular yoga classes, sound healing sessions, workshops, retreats and special community events await you here.
After yoga, we stay together for a picnic - just bring something small with you ☀️
Beautifully accessible via the cycle path from Cologne towards Düsseldorf still in Cologne 🌿
