The film tells the story of a group of London post-punk rebel dykes who met at the Greenham Common Women's Peace Camp . In a punky mix of animation, archive footage and current interviews, a picture of lesbian queer London in the 1980s emerges: squatting, feminism, BDSM, clubs, bars, activism against Thatcher and the catastrophic AIDS policy of the time, drag performances, motorcycles, a lesbian storming of the BBC, etc., and a soundtrack with bands such as Poison Girls, The Brendas, The Brendan and the Rebel Dykes. and a soundtrack featuring bands such as Poison Girls, The Brendas, The Sleeze Sisters, Sluts from Outer Space, Amy and the angels, Mouth Almighty, The Petticoats, Sister George, Well Oiled Sisters and the Gymslips.
