Open Air Cinema**: DAMN NORMAL

John grows up in a small Scottish town in the 80s. At the age of 12, he begins to suffer from severe nervous tics: Diagnosed years later as Tourette's syndrome, his life becomes a gauntlet. In his mid-20s, the side effects of the strong medication he is dependent on rob him of almost all courage to face life, when a chance encounter with a school friend and his mother finally brings a turnaround: she takes him into her family and finds him a job. Slowly, John finds the confidence to lead a self-determined life and realizes how valuable his experiences are to others.

*The screening starts as soon as it gets dark.
