Open Air Kino: Die leisen und die großen Töne

Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, the famous conductor Thibaut learns that he has a brother. Jimmy works as a chef and plays the trombone. Despite their social differences, they are united by their love of music. Thibaut wants to nurture Jimmy’s talent and give him the chance to win a national competition with his orchestra.

We are screening the film in the French-language version with German subtitles in cooperation with the German-French Institute in Erlangen.

Open-Air Cinema in the Garden

When the sun slowly sets in the summer and the air is still warm, it’s finally time for open-air cinema in the E‑Werk garden. Grab your favorite people, kick back in a lounge chair, and enjoy movies in a relaxed setting under the starry sky. 

Unless otherwise noted, we’ll be showing all films in the German dubbed version. Look forward to a lovingly curated mix of timeless classics and arthouse gems.  
 
The garden opens at 6 p.m.—perfect for arriving early, taking a deep breath, and getting in the mood. As soon as the sun goes down, your movie experience begins. 

We’ve got everything you need to go with it: cool drinks and really great fries to make your summer evening complete.
