In the organizer's words:
What if a house cat, who is present during people’s most intimate conversations, could understand and speak human language? Matou can, and she is among us. Over the course of her seven cat lives, she travels through several centuries of world history, encounters historical figures, and gives us insight into their inner worlds. Her view of humans is often critical, sometimes casually amused. A philosophical evening exploring what it means to be human from a cat’s perspective.
A puppet show by the Menzel Schäfer Thieme Team, based on the novel by Michael Köhlmeier, foradults (ages 16 and up).

Solidarity-Based Pricing System: We want as many people as possible to be able to afford a visit to the Hamburg Puppet Theater. That’s why, in addition to the regular or reduced price, there are two other price tiers for adults. Anyone who is short on money for the theater right now is invited to pay the minimum price. Those who can easily afford to give more are encouraged to choose the supporter’s price. Choose your price at your own discretion.
