On the occasion of their new book "Turkey Vegetarian", the two of them will show you how to create a whole meal from vegetables, pulses, grains and a few well-chosen spices. You'll gain in-depth insights into product knowledge and preparation, learn little tricks of the trade - and of course cook along yourself. Seasonal dishes, honest ingredients, lots of flavor.


Afterwards, we'll eat together: in a relaxed atmosphere, with a glass of Turkish wine or a cup of tea. An evening to learn, enjoy and sit together.


All ingredients, an apron to borrow and drinks are included. The cooking course lasts around 3.5 to 4 hours including a meal together.
