This targeted workout tones the entire body. It strengthens the muscles close to the spine, as well as the pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles, and stretches tight muscles. Movement and breathing are in perfect harmony. Suitable for beginners and advanced participants.
Please bring a mat or a large towel. A water bottle is recommended.
