„Oh, wann kommst du?“ Daliah Lavi - mit Tirzah Haase (Text, Gesang) und Armine Ghuloyan (Klavier)
In the organizer's words:
Before Daliah Lavi began her singing career around 1970, she had already been active internationally as a film actress for 10 years. She had appeared alongside Gert Fröbe, Lex Barker, Christopher Lee, Dean Martin, and Yul Brunner—even as a Bond girl in “Casino Royale.” But she made her breakthrough as a singer with many hits in numerous languages, including in Germany with “Nichts haut mich um – aber du,” “Wär ich ein Buch,” “Jerusalem,” “Wer hat mein Lied so zerstört, Ma?” and “Oh, wann kommst du?”
Daliah Lavi was born in Haifa in 1942; she rose to fame in Europe and then lived for 25 years in Asheville, North Carolina, where she died in 2017. Tirzah Haase and Armine Ghuloyan trace her life and career—with biographical texts and the unforgettable songs of this great singer.
Tirzah Haase is an actress and singer who lives in Dortmund. In the past, permanent engagements have taken her to Hamburg (Thalia Theater), Trier, and Bremen, among other places. She has worked as a voice-over artist for WDR since 1987; in addition, she has appeared in several television roles, received multiple musical theater engagements, and made a name for herself as a jazz singer.
Armine Ghuloyan, a pianist and concertmaster, is originally from Armenia and has lived in Dortmund since 1997. After numerous engagements at various concert halls in the former Soviet Union and various composition commissions, she now performs internationally as a soloist and song accompanist.
