The Nowak & the people from the smoking break

A rain-soaked city. Die Nowak and the people from the smoking break enter the fog-shrouded stage of the shrillest and most worn-out club on the Kiez. A quick glance and Nowak's razor-sharp gaze transforms even an audience of wild-eyed hoodlums into well-behaved little lambs. She strums the keys like a diva from the Golden Twenties. Her voice sounds like hot mulled wine on silk pyjamas. Are you irritated now? All the better.

Together with Natasha Zaychenko on double bass, Daniel "Rändl" Randlkofer on guitar and banjo and Daniel "Ricky" Treimer on drums, she transforms gravel gardens into flower meadows, heals old lovesickness and finally takes you dreamers out of Neverland. With a painful bite to the mind, their music cuts through the jungle of consumer society like a resounding chainsaw and uncovers the truth about the state of our world. Their melodies between chanson, punk, pop and indie hurl lightning bolts into your heart and leave you with trembling knees, ready for more.

Nowak is different, idiosyncratic and a little eccentric, but that's what makes her music so fascinating. When she's on stage, you can't help but be carried away by her energy and charisma.

Admission to the concert is possible from 6 years accompanied by a parent/guardian. Unaccompanied minors must leave the club at the end of the event, "mummy slips" will not be accepted.
