ROSA LAUB FESTIVAL

For over 10 years, our festival has been bringing international newcomer sounds to the beautiful 1,000-year-old town of Vornbach am Inn near Passau.
Selected indie sounds, a family atmosphere and an extensive supporting program designed with great attention to detail. The unique open air in a picturesque village setting.

CAMPING & TENTING

Camping is free of charge. Please follow our signs. You can set up from 12 noon on Thursday (we will be at the Wirtshaus if you have any questions). Camping spots cannot be reserved in advance, they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. It pays to be there early! Access to free drinking water is available at the fountain near the village square. Press the button! Toilets and showers can be found in the DJK soccer clubhouse (right next to the campsite). Parking and camping on the same meadow: Cars can therefore be parked next to the tent. Unfortunately there is no electricity at the campsite. Cell phones etc. can be charged at the entrance hut. You can collect garbage bags free of charge from us at the entrance hut. As always, our campsite is intended as a "green camping" area: so please be quiet from 10 pm (also because of the children) and make sure that our village stays clean so that we can be here again next year. Fire in any form is prohibited due to the risk of fire. Please stick to it. No fire, no gas cartridges, no campfire, barbecues are unfortunately also forbidden. Sorry, but the safety of all of us comes first!

ACTIVITIES

Vornbach also has a lot to offer away from the stage. Here are a few tips on what you can discover between concerts: 🛶 Kayak festival tour: At the festival, we offer a kayak tour across the Rott and Inn on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are also available in advance.

🌿 Pure nature: Take a walk through the Vornbacher Enge, a protected river valley directly on the Inn - quiet, green and wildly romantic. For those who like it more active: the Inn cycle path leads directly through the village - perfect for a spontaneous bike tour or a walk towards Wernstein or Schärding.

🏰 Experience history: The baroque ensemble of the former monastery and Vornbach Castle is located directly in the village - partly inhabited, partly used for artistic purposes. The church and park invite you to linger.

🚴‍♀️ Exercise & views: There are numerous small hiking trails with views of the Inn or through the gently rolling hills, to Neuburg Castle, Wernstein or Schärding. 🎶 Village with culture: Vornbach has culture in its blood: from the Heinrich Schütz Ensemble to the cultural association, from the brass band to the horticultural association.

🌊 Being by the water: The swimming pond is located behind the sports field. The "Vornbach" flows right past the campsite. If you like, bring a picnic, swimming gear or a fishing rod.
