Happy Yoga is the Anusara® yoga studio in the heart of Essen, right in the backyard between Rüttenscheider Stern and Mark. You can easily reach us not only on foot or by bike, but also by public transport. There are three studio parking spaces in the courtyard.

The studio is 170 square meters in total and has a large foyer with a sofa and large table, a changing room and a kitchen - and of course the 80 square meter yoga shala.

In addition to a tea station, atmospheric lighting and music create a cozy ambience. And yes, it smells good here, even if no incense will ever be burning during the yoga classes.

Happy Yoga is the workshop venue for all Mie Neko events. There is space for up to 15 couples including the possibility of 10 bamboos. In addition to workshops, Ropejams and Performance Nights also take place here.
