We cordially invite you to learn FERMENTIER on three consecutive evenings.
The course will take place on the following Mondays from 18 to 19:30 at the Nachbarschaftszentrum
Brunnentreff, Brunnenstraße 145, 10115 Berlin.
In addition to yoghurt and sauerkraut, there are many other fermented foods that are not only healthy but also extremely tasty. Most of them can be made in your own kitchen without much effort.

08.06. Theory:
On the first date we will learn the theoretical basics so that you are prepared for the next date, when we will move on to the practical part. Please bring a notepad and paper to this session.
15.06. Practical examples
The second session will be vegetable-based. We will be using different types of vegetables
(carrots, radishes, etc.) in a brine.
22.06. Kimchi & sauerkraut
On the last date we will learn how to pickle kimchi and sauerkraut.
After the three dates you will know how the oldest form of preservation works.
