In the organizer's words:

It's High Noon - and the world has come apart at the seams. Borders are shifting, certainties are wavering, the heat is pressing down on the prairie.

We sit crowded in the saloon and listen to texts about the West: as a geographical space, as the idea of a world order, as myth, illusion and promise. As renaissance and colonial crime, as transatlantic, as egocentric, as Hollywood and cyber power. We roar, we stomp, we spit in our bowls. But we also show that the world is big enough for all of us.

WILD WILD WEST is an event in cooperation with Limes Müllem, netzwerk junge literatur e.V. and Schreibwerkstatt Köln. All proceeds from donations/admission go to the artists.
