A Studio Femme Special by Yoga with Toni

An evening for all women who want to get away from performance mode, constant stress and sensory overload.

The Oil & Yin Ritual combines relaxed self-care, essential oils and a calm yin yoga session to create a modern ritual evening in the heart of Cologne.

We start with tea and a short introduction to the world of essential oils: Which scents have a calming effect? Which ones can support focus, grounding or relaxation? Afterwards, each participant intuitively creates her own two roll-ons - to suit her mood, everyday life or nervous system.

We then flow into a calm yin yoga session: gentle, longer postures that bring the body down, release tension and create space to breathe deeply.

The evening is deliberately designed to be modern, relaxed and close to everyday life. No prior knowledge necessary. No pressure to perform. Simply a beautiful evening by women for women.

Studio Femme by Yoga with Toni stands for modern women's spaces in Cologne - with a focus on the nervous system, embodiment, calm and honest connection instead of perfection. The events and classes combine yoga, somatics and women's health in an accessible, warm and contemporary way.
