Our outdoor sessions combine yoga with the 5 elements—a little break to take a deep breath, ground yourself, and reconnect with who you are.

FAYNEST is a place for peace, community, and a mindful connection to nature.
In addition to regular yoga classes, you can also look forward to sound healing sessions, workshops, retreats, and special community events.

After yoga, we’ll stick around for a picnic together—just bring a little something to share ☀️

Easily accessible via the bike path from Cologne toward Düsseldorf 🌿
