With “Cuban Christmas,” Sarah Willis and “The Sarahbanda” offer a fresh perspective on familiar pieces and invite listeners to experience the Christmas season through music in a special way. The Berlin Philharmonic’s horn player and her ensemble bring well-known Christmas classics as well as works by Bach and Tchaikovsky to life in captivating new arrangements infused with Cuban dance rhythms.
