Sandwich Party

In the organizer's words:

On June 20 at 6 p.m., our relaxed stand-up party will start in a maximum casual atmosphere. Simply come together, connect, have good drinks at the start and enjoy really good food.

Behind the scenes, we have the absolute expert team at the start: Seoul from Gutbelly Kimchi & Ursl 💥 One brings the deepest knowledge of the craft and makes simply amazing kimchi, the other is the absolute expert for first-class recipe development and perfect flavor matching. The two of them have played their game all the way through - we're really looking forward to it!

The menu: Kimchi-Comté-Grilled-Cheese 🤤
We take fluffy brioche bread, which becomes brutally crispy thanks to a mayo-maldon-salt crust in the pan. Inside comes the crunchy kimchi (previously tossed in brown butter) and a fat load of Comté. And not just any Comté: we mix young Comté for the perfect melt with a 32-month-old high-end Comté for a really deep, nutty flavor. On top, we add ice-cold, freshly pickled Gochugaru pickles and more ice-cold Comté snow. The contrast of hot, cold, greasy and this fierce acidity is absolutely final stage.

👀 Because we fancy a change, we even prepare a second sandwich. But what exactly is on it remains a surprise.

🥂 Drinks: We chill everything that's fun: really good wines, sparkling pet nats and wacky, alcohol-free Kombucha-based proxies that go perfectly with the food.

The catch: because we make everything fresh in the pan and the quality has to be perfect, there are only 30 tickets in total.

With the code "Sandwich", students/trainees/etc. receive a EUR 7 discount at checkout.
