Led by frontwoman Nicole Fermie, who describes herself as a latecomer to the queer scene, she has acquired important insights along the way. These insights have been translated into music, resulting in alternative, extremely positive, autobiographical pop-guitar music. As if Prince had taken the path of a singer-songwriter rather than an outright "sex machine".

LuxJury cite George Michael, Angel Olsen and the soundtrack to "Vampyros Lesbos" as their main sources of inspiration and draw on these shared influences, fusing elements of pop, rock and soul with open-hearted lyricism to create their own distinctively captivating sound.
