Kindertag im Antikenmuseum

In the organizer's words:

This year, the Museum of Antiquities will be transformed into a setting for heroes, as Children's Day is all about Percy Jackson. Together we will enter a world in which the ancient gods of Olympus come to life.

For all those who want to immerse themselves in the world of Percy and his friends, a special highlight program is offered, for which a binding registration via mail to paedagogik.am(at)uni-leipzig.de is required. This program begins promptly at 11:30 a.m. with a guided tour of the mythological foundations of the novel series, during which the ancient legends behind the stories will be illuminated. This will be followed by an exciting quiz and a creative activity.

There will also be numerous open stations that can be visited without registration. If you need a break between the adventures and the many stories, you can recharge your batteries for the next heroic deeds in the cozy chill corner.

On this day, the museum opens exclusively for children and accompanying adults.
