Energetic states and rousing beats meet catchy melodies that invite the listener to dream. The Bastian Menz Project is characterized by a poetic sound.

Following the release of his debut album Seasons (Unit Records) in 2023, which reached over half a million listeners on popular music streaming platforms, the live album Everything In Between was released in July 2025 on the Italian label A.MA Records. Recorded with Reuben Rogers (bass) and Konstantin Herleinsberger (sax), the album was described by Paris Move Magazine , among others, as "a masterclass in jazz subtlety and elegance".

Now the Berlin drummer has created a new program, combining his musical influences from Roy Hargrove and Kenny Garrett to artists such as D'Angelo and Robert Glasper. Individual sensitivity meets interactive interplay and forms an independent sound that the band is continuously developing.
