Stiftsgut Liebertwolkwitz
In the location's words:
Liebertwolkwitzer Markt 11, “Stiftsgut Liebertwolkwitz,” managed by the Stiftsgut Liebertwolkwitz eG Farm Cooperative
Our Stiftsgut has now become a crafts center, event venue, and cultural hub. During our markets, it serves as a home for historic trades such as slate roofers, blacksmiths, book printers, rope makers, and perfume blenders. During our historical events (Maienmarkt, Open Monument Day, “Liebertwolkwitz—A Village in 1813,” and Hof-Advent), we open our gates so you can touch, experience, and—of course—participate in historical life and the hustle and bustle of the market. Dozens to hundreds of volunteers bring our courtyard to life and, over the past 20 years, have transformed a ruin into a true gem.
Between market days, the Stiftsgut serves as a venue for cultural and historical events, cafés, and flea markets, as well as private celebrations upon request.
Free admission is generally available, with the exception of Liebertwolkwitz-1813.

Together with us, the association organizes historical tours and other cultural events. For more information about the association’s work, visit www.lebendigegeschichte-lww.de
