historisches Handwerk + historische Führungen + Café
In the organizer's words:
The historic Stiftsgut is opening its doors. A variety of trades—from rope makers and slate roofers to the handicraft workshop—invite you to look, touch, ask questions, and join in. It’s the perfect time to have a relaxed chat with our reenactors and learn all about these crafts. Of course, we’ll also provide you with food and drinks—including the best cake in town.
Our historic site consists of two parts: on the one hand, the demonstration of historic crafts; on the other hand, our east wing (command post, blacksmith’s shop, bakery) itself is a protected historic structure. That’s why Wolks’ Living History guide (Aleksander Teske) leads tours of the grounds several times a day.
