What will love feel like as I grow up? Who am I, really? And what is sex? Two performers—Franca-Rosa von Sobbe and Julika Schlegel—tell and dance stories of self-discovery, revealing puberty as a queer phase of life. Between uncertainty and curiosity, between delicate sounds and colors, a poetic, physical exploration of identity, love, and courage unfolds. “Real Cotton Candy” reveals puberty as a queer phase of life for all young people—a time when everything seems possible and everything is real.
For everyone ages 10 and up.
