Zen – Umgang mit Gefühle in der Meditation
In the organizer's words:
What Role Do Emotions Play in Sitting and Moving Meditation?
The human ego is very strong; it can suppress both emotions and the experience of transcendence.
Meditation instructors often do not address the emotions that may arise during practice sufficiently.
What effect do emotions have, and what significance do they hold in moving and seated meditation?
What is the recommended approach to dealing with emotions? And how can they be used to sink into the stillness of the present moment?
In a short talk, Klemens J.P. Speer—a Zen teacher, Taiji teacher, and instructor—will explore these questions and answer participants’ questions.
