There are evenings that are more than just a good meal or a glass of wine. “WINE. CUISINE. ENCOUNTERS.” is exactly that kind of evening.

In the open, urban atmosphere of LOFTWERK and WERKLOFT, a culinary experience unfolds that deliberately breaks away from the traditional dinner: no assigned seating, no set menu—but a fluid evening that invites you to go with the flow, discover, and enjoy something new again and again.

Alongside a selection of sparkling wines from our top winemakers, we’ll serve you all sorts of delicacies as amuse-bouches from a flying buffet. Afterward, our chefs from LOFTWERK’s three kitchens will serve three courses, each at the top of the hour. Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy 9 exquisite regional and international dishes, including a cheese and dessert buffet made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients from Frischeparadies! The white, rosé, and red wines from our six winemakers pair perfectly with the dishes.

The winemakers will personally present their wines—full of character, authentic, and crafted with a deep appreciation for terroir and winemaking tradition.
