During the session, you will be guided through yoga nidra - a guided deep relaxation while lying down. You make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and follow my voice inwards: through your body, your breath and various inner awareness exercises. You don't have to do anything or "be able" to do anything - just listen and let go.

Yoga Nidra takes you into a special state between wakefulness and sleep: your body relaxes completely while your mind remains awake and aware. This is exactly where deep regeneration can occur.

Many people experience a session like several hours of sleep - because your nervous system enters a state that you rarely reach in everyday life.
