Theodore

Alternative rock artist Theodore is a songwriter and performer whose sound blends indie rock, electronic, and post-punk elements. His lyrics and concepts stem from a deep desire to explore existential and ethical questions, crafting songs that come to life in unique, energetic, and immersive live shows.

Theodore has spent the past several years touring across Europe and twice in the U.S. His live performance at SXSW caught the attention of Bob Boilen, who personally selected him for an NPR Tiny Desk session in 2019. He has also performed at renowned festivals such as Reeperbahn (Germany), Eurosonic (Netherlands), Primavera Pro (Barcelona), and Europavox Festivals (Clermont-Ferrand, Bologna, Vienna, Zagreb, and Bucharest as “Band of the Month”), and has shared the stage with acclaimed artists such as Sigur Rós, Amber Run, and DIIV.

Following the late 2025 release of his album 'FIRE' and its subsequent European tour, Theodore has already finished recording his next full-length album. To keep his creative momentum going, he is also releasing a series of separate, standalone singles over the coming months, starting with “A Cold Summer,” released on June 19.
