SOFT VIOLET
Alternative, Pop, Synth-Pop | Armenia/Belgium
SOFT VIOLETis the solo project of Armenian-Belgian artist and multi-instrumentalist Veronica Burnuthian. Using a drum machine, synthesizers, and effects, SOFT VIOLET creates cinematic soundscapes that blend electronic IDM and glitchcore beats, characterized by distorted textures, dynamic rhythms, and melodic patterns.
Ranging from ambient dreamscapes to pulsating beats, the sound is both hypnotic and stimulating. The lyrics are whispered, sung, and spoken—powerful yet gentle—in Armenian, French, English, and German. Delivered from a first-person perspective, they reflect raw emotions and delve into themes such as Armenian heritage, queer identity, female sexual freedom, and intergenerational grief.
An introspective reverie for all souls seeking warmth and ecstasy. (Source: Artist)

ELEKTROKOHLE
Post-punk, Noise, Krautrock | Berlin
ELEKTROKOHLEis a Berlin-based trio that blends post-punk, noise, Krautrock, and DarkSurf into a raw and hypnotic sound they themselves call “Cold Punk.” Born out of the isolation and anxieties of the pandemic, the project quickly evolved into a permanent trio and truly came into its own on stage. Their chaotic and high-energy live performances captured the spirit of the Berlin underground and led to shows with Lydia Lunch, “She Wants Revenge,” “New Model Army,” and a Scandinavian tour with Cosey Müller.
In November 2024, the band was shaken by tragedy when bassist Suzan Flag passed away unexpectedly on the very day their debut album “Kalt Wie Du Bist” (Oráculo Records) was released. The album, on which she can be heard on all ten tracks, stands both as a powerful debut and as a lasting tribute to her influence. (Source: Band info)

DAS KINN
Alternative, Electro, Wave | Germany
With its first full-length album, “Ruinenkampf,” released on the Hamburg-based quality label Bureau B,DAS KINNembarks on a musical rollercoaster ride through the ruins of our time.
Using kickboxing-inspired phonetics and an electronic armada, it guides us through haunting soundscapes somewhere between DAF, the Kosmische Kuriere, and Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel. Beats at full throttle. Bones rattle. The organ drones. Warm synth lines, played by cold hands. A saxophone ponders what comes next. Hymns for demolition. Music for a solemn downfall.
For nearly two decades now, sound activist Toben Piel has been transmitting knocking signals and beeps from the catacombs surrounding Frankfurt’s banking towers in various constellations. As part of the music-performance duo “Les Trucs,” as a co-founder of the tape label MMODEMM, and through works for theater and radio. (Source: Artist)
