„StreitBar: Wie viel Sicherheit braucht Freiheit?“

Freedom and security are among the core values of our society. But how much security does a free society need—and at what point do restrictions on our freedom become problematic? In light of terrorism, cyberattacks, and international crises, this question is more relevant than ever. 

At the StreitBar, we’ll discuss this with security expert Prof. Dr. Helmut Müller-Enbergs. After an opening presentation, the debate will be open to you as well: Anyone who wishes to can join the discussion, ask questions, and share their own perspectives. Refreshments and snacks will be provided, and there will be plenty of room for lively debate. 

The event was organized by students from the Chiemgau Gymnasium as part of the traveling exhibition #ChallengingDemocracy – From Helmut Schmidt to Today, presented by the Helmut Schmidt Foundation in Traunstein.
