How do we raise our voices? In what moments do we dare to use them, and when do they get stuck in our throats? On stage, the actors share real moments when they had the courage to speak up—moments of change that begin when a voice is raised. But they also speak of speechlessness, of silence, of voices left unspoken. These personal stories give rise to scenes, characters, and music—sometimes loud, sometimes soft; funny and absurd, or even profound. We’re raising our voices!
