This improv show is inspired by real-life experiences and activism, and invites you to immerse yourself in the lives of others.
What does climate protection actually mean in everyday life? Who is actively shaping it? In this edition of “Stories from Life,” we’ll explore different perspectives on the topic of climate in Münster.
Our guests are Janne, Leticia, and Philipp, three students at Münster University of Applied Sciences who are working on the Climate City Pact and will share insights into their work, which bridges the gap between theory and practical implementation. We also speak with Gertrud Christian-Wicher, a representative of the “Grandmas Against the Right” initiative, who explains why climate protection and social engagement are, for her, inextricably linked.
Rounding out the discussion are Ute Wichelhaus and Jörg Niehues, who founded the “School Farm at Hof Harbert” at Dreifaltigkeitsschule, where they regularly work with third- and fourth-grade students. Here, the children learn how learning outside the school building works in a concrete and sustainable way.
Together, they paint a multifaceted picture: from political engagement to educational work to actively living a sustainable lifestyle in everyday life. Drawing on these stories, Peng! brings scenes, stories, songs, and characters to life on stage.
