Konzert: Memoranda / Tonflation (Kleinkunstpunk / Piano-Crust)

MEMORANDA
combines cello, guitar, piano, drums, and polyphonic vocals to create songs that are at once delicate, clear, and defiant. The trio was formed from subcultural gems such as Früchte des Zorns, Revolte Springen, and Merle. They bring together poetry, resistance, and music, with songs that aim not only to adorn the world but to change it.

TONFLATION
enjoys playing the piano and writing soft-Dadaist lyrics. Has composed an album titled “Fans of Homo sapiens,” for piano and Homo sapiens. The stories in it meander around battered themes of capitalism. Is accidentally compared by algorithmic comparisons to Nils Frahm, Hagen Rether, Hania Rani, etc. Why is it actually called “Musicians” and not “Klingons”?
