Hafenbounce - Guided Jam Session

We're changing the format! No openers, no solos—just great music!

Every second Thursday of the month, the over 100-year-old Hafenbahnhof, located between Hamburg’s Fish Market and the Elbe beach, transforms into a vibrant hub for musical creativity. Musicians—whether playing instruments or singing—come together to celebrate the magic of the jam in sessions. The hosts @dernamekry and @fry.geist will guide the jam.

Hafenbounce is a jam session for beginners and advanced players alike. At 7 p.m., there’s an orientation session led by @lukeriverside, during which he explains the structure and flow of the jam. At 8 p.m., we open the doors to guests and present the results!

Registration is required; please send a DM to Hafenbounce or an email to khalilkry@gmail.com. Anyone who wants to perform at the jam at 8:00 p.m. must participate in the orientation session at 7:00 p.m. – Free admission!

Hafenbounce is a jam for beginners and advanced musicians alike. At 7:00 PM, there will be an orientation session led by Luke O’Malley, who will explain the structure and flow of the jam. At 8:00 PM, we open the doors to the audience and present the results of the session.
