FLOW Trail Morning Run
In the organizer's words:
A trail running group that is looking for more than summit views and runner's highs: genuine and appreciative community and long-term flow, so that we can also run through the mountains and valleys of life. With inspiration and exchange along the way.
We run on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings in Munich and once a month on trails in the direction of the mountains.
