Lobgesang - Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy

Experience a festive concert evening with Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy's monumental Lobgesang in the Johanneskirche Düsseldorf. The apollo-chor salve musica e.V., the choir of the Petruskirche and the project choir of the Luisen-Gymnasium under the direction of Christiane Sauer will perform this special choral concert together.

In addition to the impressive Symphony No. 2 in B flat major (Lobgesang), the anthem(Drei geistliche Lieder und Fuge) for soloists, choir and orchestra will also be performed.

You can look forward to a moving musical experience full of sound power, spirituality and romantic orchestral and choral music.
