[Indie-Rock / Dream-Pop]
Often classified as indie rock or dream pop, the music of the three musicians from Dresden and the surrounding area is characterized by dreaminess and melancholy, which is created not least by the excessive use of reverb and echo. This combination, together with a captivating live performance, ensured that Degerwald was chosen as the jury winner of the Kulturlounge e.V. Band Clash competition in summer 2020.

Post punk, with a focus on emo. Anger, love, despair, joy are not mutually exclusive, but are the mirrors of our lives. The energy flows, drives forward and springs from our dreams for a better life. It shares, wants to be part of and much more than the dance on the volcano that we all share.
