You wonderful women—let’s reconnect with our feminine power and enjoy being women! This retreat will give you greater depth and connection with yourself, sensuality, softness, and renewed energy. In our daily lives, we’re far too often caught up in the hustle. We just go through the motions, often losing touch with ourselves and our center of feminine power and creativity: our abdominal and pelvic regions. This is exactly where we want to gather, feel, remember, and celebrate our bodies and qualities such as devotion, sensuality, and intuition.

We’ll meet at one of Berlin’s most beautiful yoga locations—RIGHT ON THE WATER, ON THE CULTURAL SHIP PAULA. This special place, along with the atmosphere of the water and the open space, helps us leave everyday life behind and fully arrive within ourselves. I’ll be bringing back some wonderful inspirations from indigenous wisdom gathered on my trip to Latin America—such as the cacao ceremony, the Maya abdominal massage, and Palo Santo—which open up space for connection and self-care.
