CONNECT & GROWTH

Connect and Growth is an independent event and community project focused on electronic music, creative networking, and promoting new artists.

The concept brings together up-and-coming DJs with established acts and creates events where the focus isn’t on reach or fame, but on music, atmosphere, and mutual support within the scene.

A central component of Connect and Growth is providing artists with a platform to make new connections within the scene while also fostering spaces where people can feel comfortable regardless of their background, gender, or level of fame.

The project was founded by DERICE and organizes events primarily in Berlin, Hanover, and Hildesheim.
