Beckenrand Rebellion Festival - Vol. 2

Pool Party Featuring Punk, Death Pop, Crossover, and Hardcore – The BECKENRAND Rebellion Festival Returns for Its Second Edition

Following last year’s successful debut, this year’s BECKENRAND Rebellion Festival will feature the death pop pioneers of BLOOD COMMAND from Norway and Australia alongside fresh regional acts—loud, raw, and straight to the heart. Under the open sky, the audience can expect an energetic lineup with a genuine rebellious edge, featuring driving riffs, powerful drums, and an uncompromising sound that’s sure to get everyone nodding their heads, singing along, and dancing.

Musically, the second edition will also be diverse—ranging from Death Pop and Crossover to Punk Rock and Hardcore. The lineup includes THE GASOLINERS , from Lünen and Dortmund. They don’t care about musical labels—“in the end, it’s all rock ’n’ roll anyway,” they say about their own music. Hardcore with attitude—loud, but above all meaningful—comes from TO THE WIRE, straight from the heart of the Ruhr region, DEMENTE TENDENZEN from Arnsberg and Selm will perform high-energy rock, alternative, and metal classics, and BROKEN CYMBALS from Werne will get the crowd fired up with loud, direct, and honest punk/thrash-punk songs.

The BECKENRAND Rebellion Festival is an event organized by Stage Q Entertainment, which is also hosting the “We Love Lünen” Schlager party that same weekend, in cooperation with the City of Lünen’s Cultural Office. Together, they’re making a musical statement for the region and offering local acts in particular a stage with a special vibe.
