Workshop Soundbath
In the organizer's words:
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative journey accompanied by Nepalese singing bowls from the Himalayas. The frequencies of the singing bowls invite your brain to glide into deeper states of consciousness—similar to sleep, but experienced consciously. A feeling of deep relaxation and inner peace.
The sound helps you:
* to calm your nervous system
* gently release emotional blockages
* to reduce stress and recharge your energy
* finding clarity and dispelling mental fog (brain fog)
* Boost your creativity
What to expect:
An approximately 75-minute sound bath in a lovingly designed space
Accompanied by:
- Himalayan singing bowls
- Reiki-infused touch
- a Yoga Nidra-inspired meditation
- Black fungus tea, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine
Please bring:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket (you’ll cool off quickly)
- Optional: a pillow for added comfort
- Warm, comfortable clothing
Location: Areal Böhler, Building 02
Workshop leader:Lisa Schmidl
