Opening Reception for “… Diversity of a City: MANNHEIM”

Mannheim is diverse, vibrant, and full of surprising perspectives. Under the title “… Diversity of a City: MANNHEIM,” the photography group Fotografie 60plus Mannheim presents a multifaceted selection of photographic works that showcase familiar places, special moments, and unusual views of the city.

The exhibition opens on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. with an opening reception at the L7 Bistro in the ZEW building, L7,1, in Mannheim. The afternoon and evening will be accompanied by musical performances by the Orffeo Studio. Four distinct musical worlds—ranging from classical piano to film music, swing, and jazz, all the way to Mannheim dialect—will ensure a varied cultural program.

Guests can look forward to a relaxed blend of photography, music, and enjoyment. For the event, the L7 Bistro will offer a special selection of food, wines, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and specialty coffees on a self-service basis.

The photo exhibition will remain on view through January 24, 2027, during the L7 Bistro’s regular opening hours.
