Vernissage: ARDIF x Pixelpancho "Altered Nature"

In the organizer's words:

With ALTERED NATURE, we are bringing together two influential positions in urban art: ARDIF and Pixelpancho. Both artists move between street art, technology, organic forms and urban aesthetics - and develop their very own visual worlds between nature, machine and transformation.

It is not about nature as a classic landscape or idyllic motif. Rather, the works show a nature that has long since been changed, overlaid and shaped by human intervention. Technology, architecture and organic structures intertwine and create hybrid systems between growth, decay and reconstruction.

While ARDIF develops biomechanical creatures in which plants, animals and machines merge, Pixelpancho creates melancholic scenarios between robotics, architecture and human fragility. Both artists combine technical elements with organic forms and create works that appear both futuristic and weathered at the same time.

ALTERED NATURE is less a clear statement than an atmosphere - a space between nature and machine, between memory, change and imagination.
