Team Dresch is a band from Portland, Oregon, that began playing several years ago, in 1993. Their 1994 album *Personal Best* was recently ranked No. 48 on Rolling Stone’s list of the “100 Best Punk Albums of All Time,” and they continue to tour and produce new music. The band is widely regarded as the most influential queercore band in the U.S.; their sound is a mix of raw, nervous anxiety, punk-grunge vocal harmonies, and a beautiful, angry, tender, swirling mess of damn cool song dynamics and damn catchy anthems. 

The unadulterated emotional honesty of their sound was also a defining inspiration for the emo genre. Their live shows are like a family reunion; the music is the glue that binds the band and the audience in a life-affirming connection. MUTT is a feminist punk rock band from Offenbach. In their songs, they blend various genres—such as Riot Grrrl, ska, and doom—with raw punk.
