At the beginning of the 21st century, many a band from the Munich scene played on the site of the former Funkkaserne. We are reviving these legendary vibes and bringing various sounds of the city back to the neighborhood. Let fresh, young and groovy bands from Munich and the surrounding area set the pace and be amazed at what the Isar metropolis has to offer musically. Guaranteed alternative listening pleasure.

BLACK SNAPPERS
The three Munich-based BLACK SN APPERS take their audience into the orbit of prog space rock. With spherical effects, tight grooves and stoner-like riffs, they create soundscapes between weightlessness and force. Sometimes hypnotic, sometimes raw and riff-laden - the band takes its audience on a journey through a sonic universe that invites them to take off and groove along in equal measure. 4PERZENT is a newcomer rock band that formed in a Munich suburb at the end of 2022. Drummer Maxi Magg, guitarist Louis Eitner and singer Frederik Huber have been friends since the 5th grade. Louis' little brother Leo Eitner then completed the quartet and plays bass. Influenced by their fathers' taste in music, "AC/DC" and the "Rolling Stones" are playing in the children's room instead of Rolf Zuckowski.
In the summer of 2025, the band suffers a stroke of fate. Guitarist Louis Eitner almost dies in a serious motorcycle accident and struggles to survive for days. After taking time out and recovering, the four of them meet up again and pick up where they left off. The band's first album - "Shake the Dust" - is recorded in December of the year of the accident.

FELINIO
Not a note is in its place by chance, and yet FELINIO sounds so easy and natural, as if it was created in the blink of an eye. With its characteristic bass sound, FELINIO shows an unmistakable feel for groove, melody and atmosphere. Subtle disco guitars, epic synth sounds and a fine retro aesthetic merge with poetic, melancholy lyrics that always provide surprising twists and turns.
FELINIO is the brainchild of Munich-based musician Felix Renner, already known to many as a bassist in various indie and jazz bands. With his solo project, he creates an independent sound world of modern indie pop/rock and New German Wave. The result is music that is both moving and captivating - and thus combines everything you would expect from modern German indie pop. (Source: artist)

FEN. stands for honest, sensitive alternative/indie pop music. The 24-year-old singer/songwriter Adrian Gibowski, alias FEN., has made it his deepest task to give space to the unspoken feelings in all of us.
His music is shaped by the experiences of unstable family relationships and endless travels in search of a place that feels like home. FEN. delivers an emotionally charged sound characterized by dynamics, sonic transformation and thoughtful guitar arrangements.
His artistic profile and melancholic sound have been honed through participation in renowned programs such as Musikwoche Ravensburg (2023 & 2024) and the international Donau-Pop-Camp Ulm 2024. He writes and produces music for himself as well as for others, always bringing intimate, personal truths to the stage.
In September 2025, FEN. released his first EP "The Product of Growing Up" . The six songs (plus a bonus track) tell the story of personal growth, adolescent disorientation and the complex transformation of human relationships. (Source: Artist)
